The Supervisory Board of Enza Zaden is pleased to announce that Titus Cunnen has been appointed as a new member of the Supervisory Board as of 1 November 2023.
Titus Cunnen has broad international experience within (family) businesses in the retail and food sector and an extensive profile at the nexus of - among others - finance and IT, being a valuable addition to the experience, knowledge and competences already present in the Supervisory Board of Enza Zaden. Within the Supervisory Board, Cunnen will also become chairman of the Audit Committee.
Cunnen: "Enza Zaden is a solid family business with a wonderful, 85-year history. Both for Enza Zaden and for me personally, continuity and thinking in generations are of great importance. I look forward to now being able to contribute to the future of Enza and its mission ‘Breeding to feed the world’, together with my colleagues from the Supervisory Board."
Titus Cunnen succeeds Maria Molenaar in this role. She stepped down from the Supervisory Board in May 2023 after serving two full four-year terms. With Cunnen's appointment, the Enza Zaden Supervisory Board is now at full strength.
